## Service Description

A diagnosis is performed on all computers received to verify the problem and determine whether a replacement part is required. Diagnosis is FREE if you choose to complete the repair. If you choose not to complete the repair after a diagnosis, a fee of $20.00 will be charged unless we are unable to fix your computer. In such case, the diagnosis fee will be waived.
